68 standard, restromod driver?

From dusty barn find to daily driver, it seems our cars are never really done. This is the place to share your progress on your project car. We will celebrate your victories and commiserate over your tragedies. But most of all this is a great place to learn!

Working on the taillights some, got one complete and need to finish the other. Chrome was good so It needed was some tedious cleaning, painting, and lenses polishing.

More exciting is the paint work is done and she is sitting back in my garage!

I dig the color changes with the magnetic color. This picture it almost appears black!

Yup, that guy, the hooligan.

Somewhere out there is a tree, tirelessly producing oxygen so you can breathe. I think you owe it an apology.

Sure was. Now I can spend more time doing small stuff on the weekends. I have just about everything I need to put the headlights, taillights and bumpers back on. Im really excited to see those back on the car with the new paint. The next stage will be interior which is going to be alot of work and money. Im changing over the color so whats not crusty and being replaced will need to be dyed to match which I have been reading up on different ideas.

Thanks! Its gotten lots complements so far and it has yet to leave my garage. I was hesitate to what the chrome would look like on that color but super stoked on the combo.
