XR7G for sale on eBay

There were only 619 XR7-Gs built. They were built along side the Shelby Mustang, and were available with every engine and transmission offered in 1968, (except the 427). This was the first Cougar to be a part of the Hertz Rent a Racer program. If you have any information about these rare cats, this is the place to share. The XR7-G registry is maintained by Royce Peterson.

It is new to the registry. There are several other unknown G's in the same serial number range, wonder where they are?

It's good to know they are still out there. This one is rough but at least it's still around.

That one has sure lived a hard life. Still sporting it's snow tires for the WI winters with a 1978 tag on it. Like to see a Marti on that one. Seems like an odd combo with the maroon interior and wellington Blue paint.

Has the luggage rack too.

Dag nabbit! I was going to steal it for a couple thousand. Never has so much rust been seen attached to so many expensive parts.
