Might as well update this, here are a few more how to videos from WCCC:

How to completely remove and disassemble the dash & gauge components in a '68 Cougar XR-7 (and then beautify them)

Another "what to look for" video, if that counts as a "how to." This is a '68 XR-7 390 car:

How to convert your 69-70 Cougar to electric hideaway headlights (they work great):

How to install the trunk lid torsion bars / rods / springs:

Decoding the numbers on a 1967 289 Cougar:

How to replace the door panels on a 71-3 Cougar XR-7:

And finally, a video about seat belts - breaking down the variations as well as some tips on refurbishment:

Anyone interested in a performance distributor tuning/recurve how to? If so I will find a Ford specific one, and get the link up. If not, will do one myself.

Will see what I can find. And if not satisfied with that will pull out the camera as I'm fixing to recurve my wife's distributor, and may also show a couple of how to's on the aftermarket performance distributors as well. Would you guys rather see the work involved with the factory piece? You can really get as much with a factory distributor as you can one of the aftermarket ones, it just involves a little more time and work.

I say focus on original as the video will stand the test of time and as time goes on and the value of these cars increases there is more interest in original.
