More Bud - he was often over the wall and working on the cars during pit stops.

What a great time when these guys were creating such neat race cars based on what you could go out and buy at your local dealer.

^^^ it wasn't unheard of for teams to run grab a car off a dealer's lot for parts in the event they wrecked bad during practice.
