Another new owner

Hello all, figured I would stop in and say hello. I am in the final stages of getting my new to me 69 Eliminator. Its sitting in Missouri waiting to be picked up and shipped out here to me in California. It is a semi barn find that had been sitting for a number of years, which was exactly what I was looking for.

I'm a LONG time Mustang guy and this is my second Cougar, the first being a 68 XR-7.

This is a great forum and thanks to all who post up the great information!

Sure, its a 390 car with the C-6. White interior with black Appointments. I have a deluxe Marti report that came with it.

The 390 will be a new experience for me. All ive ever had were 289 and 302's.

Great Find, Years ago I bought a 69 XR7 390 car that was sitting on a lot here in San Diego. Got it cheap, for the time, and bought it to turn. Wish now I had hung on to that one. It was a really nice car.

Nice find looks like a solid Cougar. Gotta love those orange with white interior Eliminators.

Very nice find! Welcome to the forum as well. We all look forward to seeing more pics and hearing more about your project. What part of California? There are a lot of Cougar owners out there that I am sure would love to check out your new find.
