Went out for a burnout run today. Showing my boy the torque of a SCJ with 3 gear burnouts by just flooring it from idle in Drive.

That would make sense then. The V code had the clutch fan and the W code had the direct fan. That is what I thought but I have been told otherwise and I couldn't find a reference to confirm. I have a V code so I put a clutch on the fan but I was being told that is incorrect. Unfortunately, I haven'...

My SCJ (V) code 3.91 came with C9ZE-E clutch fan, confirmed by the build sheet.

thanks supercjcat that's exactly the type of answer I'm looking for. just curious what did it run? Anyone else? It ran 13.00s but only @ 104 mph. The TCI converter in it is junk (heard this from many others as well). It has low stall speed and slips up top above 5000 rpm. Btw it's an 11" street fig...

I weighed my SCJ Eliminator at Lebenon Valley Dragway. 428SCJ, C6, spool with 33 spline axles, 15" torq thrust with 28@ Goodyear slicks, full exhaust with cast iron manifolds, aluminum intake, all sound insulation removed, 1/4 tank of gas. It weighed 3370.
