Re: How many 1969 SCJ cougars were built?

Even If you look at each of those lines as being related (which they are not supposed to be), that gives us 206 R-code / 4-speeds... and 132 of those were SCJs? That seems an unlikely ratio. The other report shows 87 Q-code / Automatics... and 229 of them were SCJs? My math may not be great, but th...

Re: How many 1969 SCJ cougars were built?

I’m thinking it may be a difference between 4speed and autos. They are both for a 65A body. That’s the one thing about the Marti reports. It doesn’t necessarily break down to total production, but breakdown of similar options based of that specific car.

Re: How many 1969 SCJ cougars were built?

I can’t say for all models, but there was 66 SCJ ram air Eliminators built in 1969. It’s a start and maybe others can chime in and add the numbers up.

Re: Build sheet

Mine has original clutch fan. Not sure why Royce said that was the only fan for your application, unless it was because of your build date. Hopefully he will chime in. I can send you a bigger pic by email if you need more information.

Thank you SuperCJcat, that is what I needed and I can make out part of Radiator but everything else is lost.
It looks like your fan was C9ZE E. The fan on my SCJ is C9OE H but I can't confirm this by my build sheet.
Mine is 3.91 geared SCJ built 5/19/69. Catlover is your SCJ a W code?

Re: Build sheet

Here you go, mine is hard to read unless you hold it up to the light but this is where it is.

It goes radiator/fan/pulley/air cleaner.
