It's a solid mostly original car. The negative stuff is that it was color changed and the top is very rusty under the vinyl. He's showing NADA retail prices for a Drag Pack car with AC - this car is not a Drag Pack car and that combination could not be ordered anyway.

The proportioning valve restricts flow to the rear brakes - both of them - when the brake pedal is being applied. It has no effect on the front brakes. None. The warning light in the distribution / differential pressure block affects only the lamp being on or off. It doesn't affect the brakes at all...

Yes, the S code non GT 6.5 Litre had a blue air cleaner lid. "Many moons" ago I actually did a similar thing with my standard 67 air cleaner base. It looks like a converted 1967 Q code air cleaner. If you look at the opening on the passenger side you can see where it was indented to fit a snorkel. Sounds like the instrument panel voltage regulator is not the problem. More likely the instrument cluster is not grounded. Perhaps you unplugged the ground wire or it is broken.
