Re: This is a Barn Find to beat all Barn Finds!

The original engine is being rebuilt in a machine shop down in Texas and will be shipped up to me when completed. The car itself is still at Royce's place and should be picked up by the car hauler in the next several weeks, I hope. **Royce enters, stage right... "Engine? What engine? GT-E? What GT-...

Re: The February 2018 Ride of the Month is Charlie Brown's '67 XR-7

Great write up. Neat to see a Tulsa car still in Tulsa and on the road. Congrats on the win, CB! The Heap is also a Fred Jones car, still in Tulsa county.......though not back 'on the road' again yet.......yeah, yeah, I'm working on it. If Charlie keeps hounding me, it may actually even get wrenche...

Re: Easy radiator repair or just replace?

Looks to me like you answered your own question. Why not just replace it once and done now? Well, now you're just taking all the fun of doing things twice away from him, Mark! :gaah:.....:partypooper:  (and a big old X2 for you, Steven!) Spoken as yet ANOTHER expert in the field. :poke: EGGGGG...

Re: Faster than a speeding ticket?

98 in a 55 in 1980-something.......clocked me on the deceleration.......I got "You better tell your dad about this before I do!!!"......Dad was Tulsa PD at the time......got grounded for quite a while for that one., I learned it from him.
