:oops: I was in a hurry to leave work and didn't explore the RM page for results. At $33,000 that was very well bought. I would call it a steal at that price.

A lot of Michigan drag racing history with that Cougar. I like the photo at Grattan back when it was a drag strip. converted to road course back in the late 70's and is still family owned. here is a picture of my track cat in about the same location the drag strip picture was taken. If your sunroof motor or cable fails the only way to close/open the sun roof is with the manual crank. A.O.Smith made the access plug out of the arm rest bolt hole plug. It just has to be cut and shortened. The print was drawn by Chris Engemann who is local to me and I have talked to him a few times...

You can also take a battery made for a mazda Miata and that will fit into a 24F replica case when you cut the bottom off and run the wire connections to to the terminals of the repro battery.

I looked at the Cougars before they sold. I wasn't interested in all on them. I just wanted the 70 Boss Eliminator. They were all serious project cars except for one.
