For the most part they did. I finally got it back, but have some work to do on it still. I got the brakes fixed now, but I have several issues to fix with the steering and several electrical issues to figure out. Now that the brakes are fixed it started having a problem losing power to all the dash ...

An Army Brat so spent 7th grade through graduation on Fort Knox in the base school system. Prior to that we lived in E-town, Hodgenville and Colesburg, while dad was overseas. Hung out in Radcliff a lot, but never lived there.

I also tightened the screw on the steering box a half turn and though it still isn't perfect, the steering is much better. Thinking I am still going to have to replace the steering box, but I am comfortable driving it the way it is now.

I replaced the front hoses and calipers today and after bleeding them, I have good brakes. Now to see if it lasts. I'm thinking I am good now as the brakes are the best they have been since I got it back from the shop.

Where are you located? Do you have original paint on a small part that you could easily remove and take somewhere else to get it color matched?

I thought most paint places these days had computerized paint matching equipment that could match paint color to a sample. They just hold the sample under the computers camera and it calculates the formula needed to match the sample color. If the computer can't give an exact match then it's likely b...
