Re: 1970 Cougar 351C Rebuild

As grumpyone27 says, only do what is needed. 0.10 inch rebore if possible, original Cleveland blocks are getting had to come by, save some metal for a next time rebuild. You'll have no metal for next time if you bore 0.10, you'll have cooling jacket open where the cylinders were. 0.010" you mean I'...

How’s it coming along?

Re: New! Version 1.2 Electronic Low Fuel Indicator Kits

Hi Jay, The SSIVR puts out a constant voltage, no pulsing. This is required in order for the ELFI to do what it does. Cougars_R, yes, you could install one of these on a standard but it would require wiring to get the needed signals for the ELFI since a standard has no LF relay or LF relay connector...

Re: Cam swop

I have a D2ZZ6250B I bought new back in the day and ran for some years as a young pup. Cam is marked "BV" where the "B" is backwards. Still have it! Was (is) a great cam and is in great shape. Not to muddy the water, but I'd sell it if you were interested Butch.

64-67 Mustang Glass

Not sure if these also would fit a Cougar. Believed to be from 64-67 Mustang. Door windows and rear? windshield. Free. No shipping, would need to be picked up in NJ.
