I was aware the XR7 dealt with the low fuel pigtail but did not know it was one piece. I almost ordered a box today but will wait until you check. Thank you!

It could be a lifter, it could also be an exhaust leak on that side.... How long did you let ti run? Have you removed the valve cover on that side to see/hear if it is a lifter (louder with the cover off).

A good powder coat shop would do a nice job and not that expensive....
