Wow! Look how straight that grille is! Love the barn shot.
Thank you, sir.
That hoodscoop and grill emblem are new editions thanks to you and your team at WCCC.
My boy and I are having a blast learning how to fix her up.
The grill is still not perfect... but we're getting there.

Re: 67 cougar hesitation at highway speed

Alright so I think I definitely had the timing too advanced. It was pushing 20 degrees which is way wrong. I turned it back to 12 degrees which seems like the limit I should do according to what I found online... I have electronic ignition. Oddly the engine does not idle as nicely as it did before....

Scott was it more terrifying than letting me drive Esmerelda through downtown Franklin :)
Looks good. So you actually cut into the hood, it's not just an overlay.
Ha ha. Almost!

Yeah. We had to drill 6 holes in the hood. No going back once you do it.

Re: Esmerelda...

That does look good. If it were mine I would paint it body color. But that is me. Thanks. I wanted to pick up on the black fin in back and the black vinyl top. Sorry...artist in me. Your car, your build. If we all did the same thing it would be boring. Right? At one time I built a 70 Eliminator clo...

Looks really good, compliments the vinyl top. How nerve-wracking was it to start cutting the hood?
Terrifying!
