Definitely dont have to sell it. I've had a multitude of offers at 12k, just one at 13. Not many cougar lovers in socal

I PM'ed the owner and asked what he wanted for it, this was his response: "I will have to see what it goes to what I want and what it is worth might be way different if you have questions about it to help you bid you can call me at 818-903-3868" So I take it that he wants more for it than it's wort...
