The proportioning valve is located up front in the enginebay, at the fender appron besides the master brakecylinder

Jano-0 Thank you. I will try the fuse and holder tomorrow though my problem seems to be the switch not connecting when I step on the brake pedal. I will report back. Same symptom as i had, traced the wire from the switch to the fuseholder, the fuse looked to be in perfect shape, so i tested the hol...

In my case at the same issue, it was the inline fuse holder that had bad connection, changed that fuseholder, and it all woked again :) the inline fuse is found tucked up under the dash on the right side of the coloumn

Well a fresh paint will always look brighter than the old paint, making it look like it's the wrong shade, and this can even occur if you paint one part this week, and another part next week, then you could even get differences on those two parts, even if they are painted with paint from the same bo...

Have you tried tilting the hinges down in the rear ?
Open hood, loosen the bolts, loosen the front bolt only slightly, the push upward on the front of the hood, making the hinges move down in the rear, tighten the bolts, close hood and see if there is any changes :)
