Roger,
Here is a Blower Motor Trouble Shooting flow chart that may help you.
Also, the current draw @12volts for the following should be as follows-
Heater - 7.4 to 9.4 Amps
Power Ventilation - 7.6 to 9.6 Amps
Air Conditioner - 16 Amps
All are checked with blower on high speed.

I can tomorrow. In the meantime you can do a search for Ford Ignition Pigtail and it should bring up some choices. Some repos and some NOS should appear.
