The buck tag is located on the radiator core support on the upper right side next to where the painted fender support overlaps the core support.

The seal on the back of the sliding panel is of the same felt type material as the seal you asked about. I agree with Chris that location plays a big part for many folks. I also agree with myself in that it's really not that big of a deal to import a car from Canada to the United States. The seal pictured goes on the body around the inner opening and terminates at the rear corners. The other seal goes on the back of the sliding panel and when closed, mates up to the ends of the body seal.

Could be a cool car based on Royce's description but that advertisement is just plain horrible marketing. If the owner would simply try a little harder and give a detailed description along with pictures of all parts of the car, he might just be able to get the price he's looking for.
