I made a pattern for a RHD version. Just routered it out of MDF. It can be used to trace foam or rubber outline and cut out with shears. I tried both rubber and foam and ended up with a rubber gasket the size of the cover and poly kaizen foam inner glued on to rubber. Just used a wad punch for holes...

After thinking about this tonight, since there really isn't any major support these rods are doing, could one cut them, take out a piece about 2", and JB Weld the pieces together, I mean they are just bracing a piece of plastic?? Any thoughts by anyone?? The spoiler will bend if you don't brace it....
