Check for a vacuum leak in the intake runner where the vacuum fitting is screwed in.

Never heard of the "roller" control armsor spring perches. Can you explain what they are? Instead of using rubber or polyurethane bushings, you use roller bearings. You might want to consider using roller spring perches and roller upper control arms. I think I got mine from opentracker racing.

IIRC, the thermostat should be under the gasket in the recess. It has been a bunch of years since I worked on a Cleveland, though.

Sorry NO the fuse box is labeled Turn Signal but there is NO provision for the fuse it has to be some where else. All the fuses in the box are good. It is a 1970 XR7
