As stated by Woody Boyd on Cheers:

"You know, when I left home, my father gave me some very sound advice. Never trust a man who can't look you in the eye, never talk when you can listen, and never spend venture capital on a limited partnership without a detailed analytical fiduciary prospectus."

If you want a stock to tank - even to the point of being delisted - just have me buy a few shares. I have an impeccable track record.

Been on both sides of it good and bad. I will say that getting out before the last crash DID help feed us and weather the storm. Just a shame that things picked up so slowly that we got back to work just before the well dried up completely.

The upside? It was kind of like hitting the reset button to do all this madness again. By the way, Buffet's real estate company bought a buttload of foreclosed properties here in metro Atlanta during the real estate collapse and now has them for sale at exorbitant prices that would be high for '06s markets.

I think the next time I hear him spouting off his pseudo Marxist rhetoric, I'm gonna go out and photograph all of these properties he bought at bargain prices on the backs of someone else's misfortune and start a website devoted to exposing him for the free market shark he truly is. I love our free country. What I can't stand is a poser
