GT-E Build Sheet or Drive Shaft Color Codes

#1

Post by ccarney69 » 14 Mar 2019, 15:39

Does anyone have a GT-E build sheet that they can share? The main information that I'm looking for is the drive shaft codes.

Thanks!

All of the C6 automatics have Light Blue / Dark Blue / Green stripes near the front. At the rear is a yellow stripe. The yellow strip is at the rear of any driveshaft. There should be a letter hand painted near the center of the driveshaft which is the last letter in the part number.

In the new GTE book they list the part number C7ZW 4602 E next to the Driveshafts description and length. Then they list C8ZW 4602 F next to the description of 3 inch diameter. I’m just wondering which is the correct driveshaft number for the W code GTE. Or is this two different Driveshafts?
