GT Wheels

Post by jonicat » 02 Dec 2017, 19:31

I have a set of original 1967/68 Cougar GT wheels. Very nice shape. They came on my 1966 Mustang GT. I spent a fortune on the more common Mustang wheels, and would like to find a home for these Cougar wheels.

These are not repros.

I'll let them go for far less than they are worth.

HI Jonicat, the '67 and '68 wheels are different. The '67 wheel has a larger opening between the spokes. They also lack the clearance for '68 disc brakes. If you can post a picture it will help us determine which ones you have.

I would like to see a photo of the 67 wheel and the 68 wheel, just to see the differances. If anyone has one.

I emailed John at the above address
he sent me pictures, I am about 99% sure they’re 67 wheels
They are 5 1/2 wide
anybody need some and wants a good deal on a set
he’s probably willing to let them go
