1968 Standard project- completed bodywork

Hi all, I took on a project several months ago and now I'm thinking it's more than I am able to tackle, due to lack of experience and time. I would like sell it and buy a solid running '68 Standard, or trade for one.

Let me know if the price is reasonable, I have it listed for $4900. I know it project cars don't move very fast, probably because most guys face the same challenges I do.

The car is about half disassembled, majority of bodywork complete, it is clean and rust free other than some surface rust on the floorpans and surface rust underneath. Engine was rebuilt in the recent past, has just under 91,000 original miles. Bought it from the second owner who had it since 1978.

I have inventoried the parts and pieces, all the hardware is there. It is missing: bumpers, valences, two pieces of windshield trim and the rear fender end caps. It needs a windshield too. There are extra vent windows and outside mirrors, and some NOS weatherstripping (bought about 15 yrs ago but mostly left packaged).

Check out the photos and don't hesitate to ask questions. I am in Tri-Cities, Washington. Reply or email sixshift@msn.com

Price drop, asking an even $4000 now. You can email sixshift@msn.com or call/text 509-948-6618 or message me. I don't check back here more than once or twice a week though.
