That is one of my favorite Cougars. Wish my bank account would allow me to buy it.

Its not as much as this as its a forum rule to post a price.

While considering how and when to post this sale, which will soon also be on Bring a Trailer if not sold here within the next week, I spoke to many of our peers, because this car is a bit unique and it has a very interesting history. It is the only Cougar for sale that I am aware of that has such a well documented Pure Stock Drag history, known ownership, very low original miles, no rust ever, and has its Born with driveline and original documents. I had an urge to take this car to auction and many said that this was the best direction to go in. But I would much rather know that this car is going to a real Cougar person before it goes to BaT or an auction. Therein, the asking price is $89,000. I did not realize that forum rules require a price in a for sale listing- Sorry.
