Re: Texas storms

I'd be trying to winch my Cougar on the roof... Cats don't like water. That's why I keep the Cyclone and Cougars separate. Don't need the wet cat smell in the garage. Cats stayed dry so far, we fared much better than many in the area or even our neighborhood. Rains has stopped or tapered off signif...

Re: Salt & Pepper’s Excellent Adventure (long)

Dave,

It's awesome that you could undertake such an adventure. Glad you were able to accomplish it with such a great pair of cars. Great to see you again in Tulsa and thanks for the pix of the SS car in Williamsburg.

Re: Eliminators on the Market (May 2017)

That 69 Boss E Cat at Mecum probably sold in the right range. Looking at it in detail lots of little things so-so on execution and multiple high $$ parts not there. Cloudy clock lens, wrong snorkle, 70 air cleaner, and non Ford distributor, that's what we can see. Also poor presentation in the pix d...

Didn't the Boss 302 come factory equipped with an export brace?

Re: 1970 Eliminator BOSS 302 4-Speed - Comp. Orange

I have struggled with commenting on this one as it is very well executed in many areas but there are details which miss and I was afraid commenting would distract from what is there. But at this price target details matter. In addition to the other mentioned items, air cleaner base is wrong, no vacu...

Re: Legendary Cougar Magazine Volume 3 - Subscribe Now or Lose It!!!

Just signed my son up to help meet the goal. Magazine is too good to let slide. Especially when some of the other ones are going to crap.

Re: New Mustang GTE

Looks like it is a Shelby thing not Ford proper. More a of a lower buck way to get more people into a Shelby modified vehicle.
