When I measured the 67 68 version the throw was about 3". Measure what you need as it will make a big difference.

The total height of the space available doesn't work for most linear actuator designs. You need about three inches of throw from a device that is only three inches or so tall.

Power antenna does not show up in the factory order price lists. The basic antenna was included in the price of the radio. The way to tell if the rear mount is original is the lack of a hole in a passenger side fender (and the correct date code on the fender).

Gyrhead it happens to the best of us. I tried to light myself on fire a month ago and it is no fun. As it turns out gas that is so old it looks like Pepsi and smells like shellac can still reach out and get you.

67 and 68 are different and there was even a transition version. You ought to post a picture of the switch shaft and I can tell you what you have, or need. Most likely it is a true '68 which requires the toggle knob with the smaller hole than 67.
